GO, go, go.......is what I've been doing! Between softball games, football games, parent involvement week, family night out and field trips--- there just hasn't been much time to spend on blogging!! Softball has been a lot of fun this year, the girls have learned so much and I have really enjoyed following the team every where! Tonight the varsity ladies advanced to the second round of playoffs by defeating Purvis!! Way to go Lady Dawgs!! Looks like we will have a road trip to somewhere Saturday. Photo is of Taylor Stewart with a hard hit ball to the outfield!! Emily has just a couple of JV football games left to cheer at and then she will be moving on to basketball and soccer. She has done a great job her first year as a cheerleader!
The elementary's family night out was fun, they had a huge TV screen and played the movie Nim's Island. It was good and the kids enjoyed eating hot dogs and popcorn!
Annual Fourth grade field trip to the Indian village in Natchez was interesting(been there done that three times now). Kids always love a day out of class!!
They learned about the Indians and their way of life.
So, as you can see life has been busy and I wouldn't change it for nothing. We have even been able to fit in a little bit of fishing! That has become one of our newest obessions. I'm so blessed and so thank-full!!!
Well, I guess you could say YOUR fish is a little bigger than the one I caught :)
Where did you go fishing to catch that nice one?
You are a GREAT mom to be involved with everything you are with each of your children. God has truly blessed you, and also your children in placing them in your care.

Well, yes, I'd say you've been busy. Sounds like fun though. Let me know when the soccer games are. I want to come see them play at least once! And don't forget the 23rd!!

Well, I don't have four, and he's obviously not a girl...but I do have full-time school, he has school, I have full-time work, he has soccer, karate, baseball, and we both have church...not to mention plays, field trips, DEBATES (ha!)...and stressed ain't the word!!! You should see my house sometimes! The laundry is piled to the ceiling! I need a laundry woman and a yard man! :-) We should have a girls' night out sometime away from mommyhood. (Hey, is that possible???)
